Individual counselling

Individual counselling at Castlewell provides a confidential space for adults seeking support with emotional wellbeing, identity, and the impacts of past experiences. This is especially helpful for trauma recovery (including childhood trauma, sexual abuse or assault), disordered eating & body-related distress, addiction & substance use, identity exploration (including LGBTIQA+-affirming care), and navigating relationship patterns or emotional challenges. We focus on safety, stabilisation, and healing at your own pace, helping you build confidence and self-trust.

Couples counselling

Strengthen your bond and improve communication with couples counselling. We support partners experiencing ongoing conflict, trust issues, ruptures, or navigating differences in needs and values. Our goal is to build emotional safety, foster deeper understanding, and help both partners feel heard and respected. This service is ideal for couples impacted by trauma, stress, or neurodiversity who wish to create a more connected and resilient relationship.
